A new Trump-branded tower is coming to Dubai. Developed by Dar Global in partnership with The Trump Organization, the 80-storey, ~350 m skyscraper will rise along Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, with a members-only club (“The Trump”) and what the developer says will be the world’s highest outdoor pool. Sales launched in 2025; handover is targeted for Q4 2031 per developer marketing. This is a brand-licensing project (the Trump name is licensed; the developer is Dar Global).
