Property Finder takes stake in Stake to power borderless real-estate investing across MENA
Dubai, UAE October 30, 2025. Property Finder, the region’s leading real-estate platform, has invested in Dubai-based proptech company Stake, marking a notable tie-up aimed at making property investing more accessible across the Middle East and North Africa. The deal amount was not disclosed.
Why it matters
Founded in 2021 by Manar Mahmassani, Rami Tabbara and Ricardo Brizido, Stake enables retail investors to buy fractional stakes in properties and access private real-estate funds via its app, with minimums starting from AED 500. The platform currently offers investment opportunities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States.
Property Finder said the investment reflects a shared commitment to a more transparent, data-driven property ecosystem and aligns with its purpose of “changing living for good” in the region. Media statements around the announcement highlighted plans to broaden access to digital real-estate products and to accelerate innovation in fractional ownership.
The tie-up pairs the MENA classifieds leader’s audience and data capabilities with one of the region’s fastest-growing digital real-estate investment platforms. Stake reported strong momentum in 2025, including AED 220M+ funded in H1 and record rental distributions to investors; signals of growing appetite for regulated, app-based property exposure.
A well-capitalized backer
Property Finder’s move comes on the heels of significant balance-sheet strengthening: last month, Permira and Blackstone led a $525 million minority investment, and the company also secured $250 million in debt financing from Ares Management—resources that can fuel strategic investments like today’s.
The bigger picture
Across MENA, digital real-estate tools are reshaping how people search, invest in, and manage property. By combining Property Finder’s reach with Stake’s fractional-investment rails, the partners aim to lower entry barriers and make cross-border participation in regional real estate simpler—bringing the industry a step closer to borderless investing.
