Binghatti sold close to 12,000 units in 2025
Binghatti Holding Ltd., recognized as one of the leading real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, has reported remarkable year-to-date achievements for 2025, having launched 13 new projects and sold around 12,000 residential units across Dubai, amounting to a total of Dh12.28 billion.

According to DXB Interact, Binghatti has emerged as the market leader in unit sales volume within the sub-Dh2 million category. The company’s latest developments consist of over 8,200 residential units, boasting a sellable area that exceeds 6.2 million square feet.
Data from Property Monitor indicates that Binghatti successfully completed seven projects during this period, representing more than 20% of all new project completions in Dubai thus far this year.
Among Binghatti’s notable recent accomplishments was the launch on July 25 of Flare 01 and Flare 02, two architecturally distinctive residential towers located in Jumeirah Village Triangle. During the first three months of their highly publicized launch events, which took place simultaneously in Dubai and Egypt, nearly 95% of the units were sold. Flare 01 features 844 units with a gross development value (GDV) of Dh1.24 billion and a sellable area of 746,386 square feet, while Flare 02 has a GDV of Dh915 million and includes 613 units across 539,812 square feet.

Furthermore, the company continues to expand its inventory of branded homes through partnerships with renowned brands such as Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co.
